About Me

I am a Denver native and an avid questioner. Seriously, my brain is always thinking of questions to ask. That's why it was natural for me to become an Empowerment Coach. I get to ask lots of questions and hear profound and insightful answers. I am an ICF certified PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and a Certified Master NLP Practitioner. I have experience working with individuals, groups, and businesses. I also write career curriculum for Denver nonprofits and provide trainings.

Another fun fact about me is that my husband and I have a bunch of kids. So when I'm not playing CEO at Hahl Way LLC, I'm playing COO of the Hahl house.

Ultimately, I do this all because when I am old and gray, I want to be able to say that I lived my life with few regrets. I want to say that I conquered my fears and many insecurities and didn’t stay small but looked for as many opportunities to challenge myself and grow.
